Bellingham here, +1 on north of the chaos, I used to live in Federal Way. Never again. Anybody have a good spot to shoot around Mt. Baker? Good meaning not shady and not full of other peoples garbage. The place I used to go outside of Mount Vernon got shut down due to the mess.
