You'll need a set of dies and a shell holder for the calibre you're loading. You're looking at another $25 or so for the Lee die set. About $4 for the shell holder. Go to the place you bought the kit.
However, you need to read the kit manual and the loading manual before you do anything.

A set of Lee dies (except the RGB) will come with a shell holder. The set will include a sizing die. You should have AT LEAST 3 loading manuals to reference from. Read these manuals from cover to cover, they will explain many magical things! Also check out this website before starting to reload http://www.reload-nrma.com/

Things to cross off your list!

A copy of The ABC's of Reloading then read it cover to cover! You need several hard covered reloading manuals ie Sierra and Lyman come to mind. Then gather all the freebee handouts. Then bookmark all the powder suppliers websites, too!
Press: Single Stage
Dies (Rifle dies come with FL sizer and Seater Dies) (Pistol Dies come with sizer, expander, and seater/crimp dies)
Shell holders (if the die set doesn't have them)
Optional is a Tumbler along with media and polish
Loading Block (MTM makes multi caliber one or you can get caliber specific)
Case Lube (you won't need if using carbide dies for only striaght walled cases but it still is a good idea)
Case Neck Brush
Dial Calipers: Stainless Steel or Electronic
Case Trimmer
Deburring/Chamfering Tool
Primer Pocket Cleaner
Priming Tool (if the press doesn't come with a primer attachment)
Powder Scale
Powder Funnel
Powder Trickler
Powder Measure (nice for faster powder charges)
Hammer Type Bullet Puller
Ammo boxes and labels
Note book to record your results!
