Who Made IT

I have an Ultra Cell UNCX12 Tactical 12 gauge shotgun. It is a copy of the Ithica Model 37 Homeland Security.

I cant find any information about it any where.

Thank you for the help.

I saw one of these at a gunshow while on vacation in Florida, almost bought
it ($200). Started looking in GUNBROKER when I returned home and it seems
to be made by NORINCO (maybe that's the N in uNc?). Seemed to be a pretty rugged piece and if it's anywhere near as reliable/wellmade as my Norinco 1911, then you've got a keeper. Just my 2 cents worth.
