32-20 pump

Hello, my neighbor was showing me his firearms this morning and he
likes old guns. One in particular,I've never seen before.
This rifle was a small pump 32-20 ,tang sight and the loading
"gate" if you will, was in front of the receiver and opened with your fingernail
something like a "dust cover" rounded like the tube.
Anybody seen any pump like this?
Thanks Ron

Sounds like it might have been a Remington Model 25.

Did it look like this?
