Laser Range Finder

I was wondering if anyone knew of a good place ot get a laser range finder? I am looking for something in the $200 range or less that is good out to 800 yards if that is possible. Also what brands should I check out?

Thanks for any help.

Lazer range finder.

I've tried a few. Best to date is the Leica (non scanning model). Mine ranges up to 800 yards on some objects. Bought mine (used) for $250.

Leica, all the way. The others are wanna be's.
I have the Leical non-scanning 800 model, and am very happy I got it.
I have not owned any of the others, but read a lot by guys who do own them, and based on their cmts, will stick with Leica's. Everybody who owns a Leica has nothing but good things to say about them. Never ever read one bad cmt about a Leica.
