Powder charge variation for odd bullet weights

Every so often i get some bullets that are either +/- 1-10 grains than any published load data. For example i just picked up some 143G 308 tracers and the only load data close to that weight is 130G or 150G. How much should i change the powder charge per grain of bullet weight.

None. Use the 150gr load data.
