I can actually kind of appreciate the hi point...sort of a utilitarian look.

I've been 1911 shopping recently, and one particular example struck my eye:

When it comes to a full size semi auto, nothing looks better than the 1911, in my book.

My Beretta 92FS with the Wood Grips I added is my choice. The gun looks a lot nicer than my poor photagraphy skills allow to show!

IMO the best looking handgun is the bright stainless 4" Colt Python with Ivory grips or equally the Colt 1911 Gold Cup National Match bright polished stainless with Ivory grips. Nothing comes close.

S&W model 15

4" barrel. The cleanest lines on a revolver ever!

1911 style in general are my favorite looking handgun. I personally like the Wilson and Kimbers the best in regards cosmetics.

It's hard to argue with that.

In revolvers, I'm partial to the clean stainless and black lines of the big S&Ws.

These are my favorites. In semi's I like 1911's but my passion are the old six guns.

Lots of beautiful handguns on the market from past to present.

The semi auto pistols. I can look at 1911s all day long, they're very appealing on these eyes. I also have a weakness for revolvers,of course the Colt Pythons are the holy grail in DA revolvers, but those S&W revolvers sure are timeless classics.

Even the basic one's look good, and can be upgraded to look even better.
