Lawton, OK: Armed Robber Shot

A 17 year old armed robber is in the ICU of a Lawton hospital suffering from a wound received when he robbed a Lawton convenience store. The perp was shot in "the backside of his torso" with a Micro Desert Eagle .380 near the store exit.

Our old DA resigned this year; He refused to take several good shoots to the grand jury. Not sure if the new DA will take the case to a grand jury or not. If he does, the Comanche county grand jury will not indict the store owner.

Our fine newspaper, the Lawton Constitution, calls the robber "the victim".
