I'm torn between a Winchester 61 or 63...
....money is real scarce(I cannot afford both) and I'm definitely having a difficult time deciding which of these two 22 rifles would give me the most pleasure!!!!!Honest opinions anybody!?

I'd go for the Model 63 if I had to choose between those two. The way it loads through the stock is something I've always liked.
(I covet a Winchester Model 62 meyself - like the exposed trigger. Maybe sometinme I'll find one in decent condition I can afford.) |

I owned a 62A once, I liked the half-cock on the hammer...

I really enjoy my model 61. I find he tube magazine to be preferable over the the stock fed. The 61 is fun to shoot and quite accurate. Mine goes to the range quite frequently. I would like a 62 as well and am always on the lookout for a clean reasonably rifle if there is such an animal left.
