Found a box of 9mm 115g fmj bullets need help setting oal for them.
So I found a box of 9mm 115g fmj bullets. About 500 or so. They measure between .548 -.550 So what oal should I set them at close to the max and work down.

1.12 is the minimum OAL per the Lee manual. I load mine to ruffly 1.13, OAL length varies with mixed brass.

All win brass using cci primers and win231 powder.

What firearm are you shooting them through. They need to fit well into the magazine of your particular gun and must travel well up the feed ramp and into the chamber. The slide has to be able to close and lock up with out driving the nose of the round into the rifling. Too many variables to deal with without more info.

If your only loading for one pistol the system i use is to make a dummy round very long. in the case of a semiauto I remove the barrel and use it for a case gauge. just drop the dummy into the chamber when it's short enough to just drop in and properly fit the chamber I test it in the mag. If it fits the mag I make a few and fire them. I have found that if your using a bullet shape your firearm will feed this will work. YMMV
