Only recently started and only for 9mm, using HP38 (Win 231 equivalent). Works well for me. Also have some Titegroup that I haven't tried yet.

I don't shoot that many calibers, but for what I do shoot, here's my preferences:
.45 ACP - Titegroup (when I can find it) or Bullseye .308 - Varget or Vihtavuori 530 .458 Lott - Hodgdon H4895 (but I'm not really thrilled with this powder for this chambering) - may try Reloder 15 one day if I can find it. |

I recently got back into reloading. I used to really like accurate for 9mm, 357, 45acp and 44 but I cant find it now so I switched to True Blue. I have not had time to load any yet so I cant say if I like it or not

For your 308 there are many that will work very well. Reloder 15 and Varget have to be at the top of the list for me. IMR 4064 works well as does H 4895. Nothing wrong with 3031. You can pour most anything into a 308 case and get good accuracy. You just get the same accuracy with a little more speed with some powder.
H-4350 is my go to 30-06 powder but I'll use IMR4350 if I cannot find it. |

Unique, 2400 for my handguns -- H4198 or Unique for my 444 Marlin.
And, I just got some 800X for my 45 ACP on Ken Waters recommendation. Haven't tried it yet.

IMR 4350 seems to be popping up here a lot, very popular powder obviously.
JMR40, I heard and read that R15 is one of the best for 308 reloading before somewhere. Maybe that is a better choice for me to try. Making a choice of powder is like being a kid again in a sweety shop looking at all the choices its very painful lol jamie |
