Bullets for muzzleloading rifle?

Are the bullets for a sabot load the same as the pistol equivalent> i.e. A .50 cal sabot with a .45 cal Hornady xtp bullet. Is it the same xtp I use in a pistol xtp?

I did some research last night and found on both Hornady and Nosler that the bullets are the same. So that is about $11.98 for hornady buying bulk bullets and sabots and $19.97 buying them pre packaged for 50.
