TAC Triggers?????

I was bored sufing the web when I came across this:

I noticed it mentioned the first product on the page could be used on a Mini 14, and that's what cought my eye (because I own one).

Are these TAC Trigger modifications even legal? If so, then has anyone ever purchased or used a TAC Trigger? Do they even work?
