Big Horn Armory Model 89

I was searching the internet for a Smith and Wesson 500 and came across a Big Horn Armory Model 89 carbine. I was wondering if anyone has seen one in person or even shot one because Im kind of interested into getting one for myself.

I've had and order/deposit on one since early July, but it keeps getting delayed. My FFL has been in contact with them and apparently Big Horn Armory has switched from a cast receiver to a milled receiver to correct some issues with the prototypes. Last I heard they should be shipping by February. (fingers crossed).

I have a Encore .500 S&W carbine and it is a hoot to shoot. Can't wait to have a repeater.

I have also had my Model 89 Carbine on order since July. Lastest email I have received is End of March / April for shipment now. Wish communication was better from them. I have to email every month or two to get an update.

Havent checked up on this in a while so i figured I would refresh the thread. Anyone got new info on this 500 s&w caliber rifle?

We are finally shipping rifles. Sorry about all the delays. It took more time then we thought, but wanted to get it correct. We are slowly filling backorders and hope to be caught up by the end of the year.
