Thompson venture

I came across a Thompson Venture predator 223 rem in snow camo yesterday. Nice looking rifle. My wife and I was looking for a snow camo rifle this past winter for coyote hunting, so we took it home. after working up some loads for it, it shoots great. we put a black scope on it for now. Thompsons snow camo scope and rings are on back order.

Venture is definitely an under priced rifle. They should cost much more than they do. I dont like the bolt handle, but other than that I love mine.

Re: Thompson venture

Mine should be back from recall work in a couple weeks. Love it, put about 240 rounds thru it before sending it back.

They currently have no plans of making larger mags which is unfortunate, but might change if they hear more desire for it...

Solid rifle.

My recall took less than a week round trip.
