You can bet the one with the horns is telling the youngun not to loaf around there after opening day. I think the deer around here text each other. P.S. DO NOT BE TRICKED, that old rotty`s on full alert. He knows if he moves its 'game-on', hehehe.

Ain't there a law to protect your ag investment? No stealing a farmer's corn... Hopefully they will show up just one time opening morning! Put out a hundred pounds of apples a couple days before...
It ain't bait, it is compost

My Shepherds do the same thing. It's not that they don't know they are there. They are just so used to em they quit paying attention.

Guard dogs

If you really want a new guard dog my wife has some AKC beagle pups for sale. They won't run deer off but they will make enough noise to wake up the old feller.I myself wouldn't mind such a neibourhood.
