hi all, i'd like to know if you can still buy a new Benelli M1 Tactical? i see them on there web site and it has no info on it you can go out and buy one still, so can you?

I have the M-1 tactical. The difference in name to the prev. M-1 is the newly redesigned rear sight assy. It's easier to adjust than the old one.

No problem buying an M1 tactical as a new or used gun. There are quite few used ones available on the gun internet sites alot.

M1 Tacticals are still offered. (Looking at Benelli 2000 catalog.) Either conventional stock + 5 or 7 round mag or pistol grip stock + 5 round mag. No more pistol grip + 7 round mag unless you go pre-ban.
