Kahr CW9

My Kahr cw9 seems to have a problem. When I pull the trigger back a short distance, "Before it breaks" I notice the slide moves up and cocks to the right. I have not completed the process of firing it, but it is very noticeable. There is quite a bit of movement in the slide up and sideways. Could this be attributed to the guide rod or is there a problem with the trigger bar? Thanks.
