Flashider question

I just picked up my YHM Phantom 5.56 QD SS from my dealer.
There is a slight problem: YHM is backed up with orders and may take a while to get my custom mount shipped.
My barrel is threaded for 5/9x24 rh even though it's 5.56. My Suppressor mount is threaded for 1/2x28.

Does anyone know if i can use the YHM wraith .45 mount for my suppressor?

I am tempted to just buy a new barrel until YHM delivers.
