Fist holster

Looking to get a basic inexpensive clip holster from Fist for a usp compact. They offer it in leather, and two thicknesses of kydex. If you have either, gimme some feedback...

I own none

But feedback suggests they offer excellent quality for the money.
That said, more money often buys more quality....

I have a Bruce Nelson/Avenger style holster and matching belt from FIST, and they have given excellent service. I know they did some pioneering work in stitching thin kydex as if it were leather, but I haven't actually handled any examples. They were very accommodating when I ordered my holster, actually making a custom modification to the pattern to better fit my gun, and at no charge.

I have about ten Fist holsters, along with a number of Don Hume, Highnoon, and TTgunleather holsters. The Fist holsters are a good buy for the money- look at the "holster option" part of their website and consider adding a body shield-sweat guard (they used to be an extra $8.00) so you don't sweat on your pistol or get gun oil on your shirt. Good luck.

best wishes- oldandslow

I have one in the ultra thin Kydex for a G36 and I'm happy with it. The Kydex is very thin, but it looks like it will hold up well for the money spent.

I own eleven FIST holsters! I have several FIST #1 clip holsters for a number of different guns. I have found FIST to produce quality holsters at a quality price. Have never had to wait for than 2-3 weeks. Based on my experience I recommend FIST without reservation.

Just got mine today!

I ordered a #20 adjustable from them with a combo single mag carrier for my HK PSP P7from them on 10/24, and they just arrived today. I will try to get some pictures up later.

This product is VERY nice-looking! I am very pleased with the quality of construction and finish.

I already have a Crossbreed Supertuck for my Sig 239, and this model from Fist seemed to be a good analogue in leather due to the adjustability for ride height and cant.

Okay, I managed to take some pics for anyone who is interested.

Front view. Note the mag carrier has slots and straps for IWB/OWB.

Back view. Note the holes for adjusting cant and ride height.

My current carry rig for comparison. Since I am still new to carrying, I like the adjustability these holsters offer.

My camera doesn't do this holster justice. I am impressed with the quality of the leather and the finish. It is good and stiff as well. I will be carrying this more often, so I can decide later how comfortable it is, but I am pleased with the hoster after the initial try-on.
