College kid, my money goes to power and groceries. I have been window shopping Bud's for years now. I miss crazy deals all the time. The one time I did buy was a 2 year long nickel and dime to get my dad a Beretta 96A1.

Can't wait for the day I buy an 85-gun safe and gave it bolted to concrete

Resistance is Futile!!!

Longest I resisted was when my wife held one of my guns hostage.
She fell in love with it.

Took me about 3 months to ransoms it back.

Really liked the gun.

I havent purchased a new gun in ~15 years. Not that I dont drool over some but I already own what I need.
However, the new Sig P938 is calling my name. I dont "need" it, but it would fill a nitch in my collection nicely. How long will I last.... IDK.

I wanted a Sig P238 for about three years. I watched my cousin buy one as I walked around with my Taurus TCP in my pocket. I could not bring myself to spend that kind of money on a gun that was going to just sit in my pocket. Plus, my TCP was 100% reliable...

I finally finangled a deal and got my P238. I had it for about 2-3 months before the wife realized how nice of a gun it is.

Now I am wanting a P238 for myself

My other one is a 1911 style double stack 9mm. I have wanted one of those for like five years. I figured out a plan where I would not buy any guns for five years and stop drinking energy drinks to get it. Well, I am still off the energy drinks but I have kinda given up on my 1911. I've decided to funnel that $$ to buy other things like gun gear and ammo. I figure I will enjoy the ones I have instead of pining for the expensive one. If it ever does happen then awesome.

About 4 years now . . . Bersa 9UC.

Picked one up at LGS and was hypnotized.

Just can't justify getting a 9 when I have 2 .45s, one .357 and one .44 Mag. and one .22 semi.

What missing gap would a 9 fill?

Damn, and they just keep going up.

I've been wanting a Ruger SP101 since 2008. Several times have had one in my hand with money ready to go, but I've always ended up talking myself out of it. If it's meant to be I guess it'll happen one day.

I can resist new guns that are readily available for as long as necessary... which is good, because sometimes I change my mind and never get it.
It's the used guns that somehow feel like a "once in a lifetime" opportunity that really mess with my head!
So I just try to stay out of gun shops if I don't "need" anything...

Go for it my friend!

Wanted a Glock for a long time. Wanted a 10MM for a long time. Simple solution a couple years ago, Glock 20SF! I have never regreted the purchase.
