I got a 1187 SPS Super Mag for Christmas
I'm hopeing the gun can shoot 2 3/4 shells also I already put the plug in and installed the extra spacer for 2 3/4 inch shells. Anyone have one of these and shot 2 3/4 shells with it?

I don't have a 3 1/2, but my son does. He says it works well with 2 3/4 inch high brass shells, but not so good with the low brass. His has not been shot much as of yet. After a breakin period it may improve.

My SuperMag (and yours) will shoot 2 3/4, 3, and 3 1/2" shells with no problem. Until it is broken in, low base, 7/8 and 1oz shells may not eject properly.

Looks like high brass for awhile then thanks for info. I was hopeing to be able to use this has a Dove gun also will see what happens.

As long as the Barrel Seal Activator is installed it should shoot them just fine! You probably won't have any luck without it tho' (I attempted it the other day w/out the activator installed and it jammed!). I have heard that some people have had luck without it installed. Just remember to take the activator out before you shoot 3" and up!
