Saiga 308 build complete (almost)

So all the parts made it in, conversion complete, duracoat in tactical desert warrior complete, now I'm just waiting on my Texas weapons systems dog leg rail. Enjoy the before and after pics!

Now we need a range report! How does that puppy group?

A .308 Saiga is definitely on my want list if I ever see one for a reasonable price again!

Not bad, here's 8 rounds of federal 168 gr match. I fired the first group...made a scope correction up and to the left...fired group 2...saw the group through my scope and shifted my poa up to the top of the green( so i didn't mess up group 2) then fired the last 2 through the same hole. This was all pre- conversion. I'm interested to see what she'll do now that the trigger doesn't suck.

Edit to add: this is what convinced me to invest in doing the conversion.

Kinda like the no front sight look. ur paint looks yellow tho?
