Which States are Class III ?

I am curious, in which States is it legal for a private citizen to own Class III weapons (full-auto, silenced, destructive devices, etc) ? I believe these items are completely restricted for private ownership in California, but I know several States allow them, as long as the appropriate tax is paid, etc. Which States allow what? Is there a resource on the internet that offers this information on a State by State listing? Thank you.

This should tell you which states allow all three, or just full auto weapons and destructive devices, etc.
