Adjustable powder dipper?

Anyone aware of an adjustable for pistol charge weights?

Similar to this shot dipper, just for powder instead.

I've heard of guys epoxying a nut to the outside bottom of the dipper and running a screw with another nut on it through it and attaching a washer to the inside. Turn the screw, elevate the washer, lock it down with the double nut and change the volume of the dipper.

These reloaders are a clever bunch.
