I've read that Ram Shot True Blue powder is THE powder for that caliber.
http://www.ramshot.com/powders/load.php Also Accurate Arms has data online for the 5.7x28FN http://www.accuratepowder.com/data/A...ublication.pdf |

I've seen this forum called the FiveSeven and it looks to be a good site for info.

Guns and Ammo magazine had an article on 5.7.
They used pistol powders, like H110 and W231.

5.7
Both Accurate and Ramshot publish data for the 5.7. There is data in the Lyman #49 manual.
Good powder choices are Ramshot's TrueBlue, Accurate #7, and Hodgdon's Hs-6. It is a finicky little cartridge to reload; small, high pressure, it is very sensitive to small changes in powder charge. The 5-7 forum is a fine resource. Pete
