My wife took a free class I think it was 1/2 or 1 hour. She liked it but did not continue.

The owner came to campus to do a self defense seminar recently and he was fairly well received by the students. I found the info and methods to be a little out of context with what the college students are actually facing daily, but he was professional and a likable gentleman.
They run regular classes around the county for basic handgun training, Utah CCW permit classes and some more advanced classes for competitors. link to the campus newspaper article on the seminar: http://media.www.thestylus.net/media...-3847599.shtml
