Lee-Enfield rear sights

I found a #5 mkI Jungle Carbine, but its missing the rear sight. The previous owner used it with a scope only, and must have lost the original sight. Are replacements available? I was thinking maybe a #4 sight will do the job just as well. Can I install it myself?
