Browning superposed trigger problem
Hello all, first post on the forum. I just bought a BB Superposed, Pointer Grade, 1961 from my father in law. Gun is in superb condition but am having trouble with the trigger (it won't work no matter the position of the safety tang) Any ideas before I take it to a gun smith? Thanks

Take it to a smith. It might be as simple as the inertia block is stuck in one position, or a spring-loaded lever is stuck, it could be parts missing, or it could be just about aything.

Did he have issues with it? Does the trigger move at all, but just isn't operating the sear/hammer, or is the trigger "frozen" in place?

Frozen in place, father in law never fired the gun, so he was not aware of the problem

Frozen in place sounds like a trip to a GOOD smith who knows these guns
