Hidden Powder?

Hello, guys. Just a heads up if your pulling bullets from loaded rounds.
I was pulling .22 Hornet loads..these were slightly compressed loads of
H4227.
Cases were being up-ended into original powder can..saw steady stream of powder run from each case. Then curious, I used a mag-light to peer into cases..there was powder in most of them!..Using a brazing rod, I loosened up & poured out another 2-4grs. of powder!
Be careful out there!

When pulling down loads, give the cases a tap-tap-taparoo, on the edge of the powder catching device (garbage can, canister, bowl, whatever you're using).

Even uncompressed loads may have some stubborn powder 'deposits' hanging around.

If you're going to be reloading the cases without further processing, be sure to visually check each case. (As IdealTool noticed... it isn't a bad idea, any way.)
