anyone ever use a bsa scope i have seen 1 for a handgun and want to know how good it is

I haven't heard one good thing about BSA scopes.In fact lots of bad.

I know of one handgunner who uses his on a 22 Hornet TC, he likes it and has had no prob.
As for me, I would not trust them, they seem too cheapo, but that is my oppinion based on nothing but checking them out at the gun shopes, I would not risk a hunt on a BSA chinese scope.
