Sounds like gobs of fun. If it's real, and not too many strings attached, methinks I'll do it, and take a friend or two.

Obvious strings:
Some realtor group is building a new town with a pro-gun/patriot/independence orientation. If they're trying to sell millions of dollars worth of houses, spending a few thousand for a high-profile high-cool high-worth incentive to see the real estate is really quite cheap.

I have attended this, and the instruction is first rate. (a hell of a lot of fun too)
For me, it was worth the plane fare & hotel costs. (and convertable, of course).
