Lanber model 200 20 gauge?

Anybody ever heard of this? I had never heard of one until i got one from m grandpa a week ago. All i know is its made for richland arms and was made in spain. id say its in about 80% condition any idea when this was made and how much its worth?

And this is probably a real stupid question but what is the lever on the forearm for? (Ive never owned a double before.) I think it has somthing to do with taking it apart but am not sure and cant figure out how to get it apart anyway.
