.40 cal sabot for .44 Rem. Mag

The title says much, but the info I've gleaned from my research
is sparse. Does anyone have any experience or MFG. contatcts
for such an item?

Never heard of 40/44 sabots, but I've played around with the plastic shotshell cups in some interesting ways. I doubt a .40 would fit in one but 2 95 gr 380's will, base to base. I got 1089 fps with them (7.5" RH) and both slugs impacted very close to each other at rabbit distances.
