I would like to know if the X die requires no trimming like the advertizing indicates? I load a lot of 30-30 and this would sure speed up the process.

Thought I would bring this to the top. Asked the same question last spring and would like to know if anyone has any word on them. Also has anyone heard anything on the Lee Delux dies. A friend was saying they were supposed to cause less stretching of the case during reloading.

Before the first use, all brass that is to be used with the Xdie needs to be trimmed to a consistent .02 under max, IIRC.

I'm on my second loading, so it will take another one or two before I can tell if it makes a difference.
