A handgun that has a form which makes it difficult to use a second hand to stabilize it. That would be few handguns, and no defensive handguns I can think of.

In my imagination, it seems that two hands are better than one in shooting a handgun to get fast center of mass hits. But I think in terms of self-defense shooting and not paper punching.

For me most revolvers with 4" or shorter barrels are no problem with one hand.
This can be expanded to revolvers with longer barrels depending on weight.

Where I start having difficulty with one handed shooting is with some Double Stacked semi automatics. Some like the Glock 20 and 21 are a little hard to get a good grip on for me one handed. No fan of the H&K either. When the grip starts looking like a brick it is not one hand friendly.

Another issue is trigger pull. A really heavy trigger pull is not handy for one handed shooting either.

My answer would be almost all revolvers of reasonable weight.
All 1911 platform handguns.
Most handguns with single stacked magazines.
Double stack semi automatics with smaller grip profiles.

At the Range shooting Defensive Pistol Matches we have some Strong Hand / Weak Hand targets now and again. Talk about groups going to pot. We have gained several new shooters who have just went through concealed carry classes. All are shooting double stack tupperware of one brand or another. What I have notices is shooting one handed the 1911 guys do not have nearly as much trouble grouping as the double stack guys. This could also be affected by the 1911 guys tend to be more experianced shooters. I still think wide body guns are harder to shoot with one hand.

The HK P7, with it's squeeze grip, is pretty much designed as a one hand gun. Though most people probably use both hands to shoot, the grip is not conducive to two hands and manipulation at the same time.

I'm new to this forum but I have almost fifty years of handgun shooting experience. For me, it's not the arrow It's the Indian. In the above youtube video, I am shooting a S&W Model 29-2 .44 Magnum one handed while filming it with my other hand. The ammo used is Remington 240 gr gas check .44 magnum. This combination is not what most people would recommend for accuracy or ease of shooting. My target is a 1/2" shoot-'n-see and the target distance is over 20 yards. The results speak for themself.
In my other youtube videos, I shoot .22s up to 460 magnums. Practice with proper shooting technique is my suggestion to shoot any gun "easier".
