Is .50 cents a pound good for buying brass?
I can pick up some 9 mm and a FEW .45 brass for $.50 a pound. Is this a good price? It is once fired surplus brass.
Thanks, Dave |

That doesn't sound to bad for once fired stuff.
I'm not sure how many are in a pound, but there's bound to be at least a hundred. |

Sounds like a decent price but to be sure check the price of scrap brass in your area at salvage yards and figure accordingly.

That's not much more than scrap brass metal price and maybe less. If it is decent reloadable brass, it's time to pick up a lifetime supply of a hundred pounds or so.

Haven't shipped any nine's lately but best I remember you're looking at a little over 9 pounds per 1000. Our going price for a 1000 is 10.00 plus shipping.
