Best .220 Swift Brass

What is the best compromise of price, quality and accuracy as far as brand of brass to use when loading in .220 swift?

Also, what is the recommended powder for this caliber??

IMR4064 is the old stand by. I like Winchester brass myself.

2X the Winchester brass. In addition to 4064, H380 works well for me.
