Don't want to mess up so I'm asking the pro's. It seems to be held in place with a hollow pin. Do I drive it out or is it screwed in? Thanks

If it's factory, it's a tiny roll pin. Just drift it out with a little pin punch. Keep a bag handy to store it in. You'll loose it otherwise. Trust me!! I know.
