Good C&R rifle source?

Amazingly enough I find myself, a new dad for the first time, having a surplus of funds against all odds. I thought the kid situation was supposed to make you broke but I find now that I'm not shooting $50-100 worth of ammo every Saturday i have squirrelled away some money.

So I'm looking for a Swede 96 or CG-63, and maybe a nice Argentine or Chilean mauser in 7x57, heck maybe even another FN-49. I cant seem to find anything good anymore? I switched from C&R guns to new stuff a few years back, Did they all dry up?

Since you're flush, while you're waiting for a good surplus rifle, get your new kid a nice .22 for when he's older.

Try Classic Arms for surplus, but your local pawns and shops are probably the best place for what you mentioned, or shows or Gunbroker.com

Just scored a rifle tonight!

Bought a beautiful 1899 manufactured Carl Gustav Mauser with 4 20 round boxes of reloadable ammo for $404 out the door.
