Paterson on TV
For those of you interested, the July 2, 2012 Pawn Stars is supposed to have a guy bring a Paterson into the shop.

An entertaining show.
They don't have a FFL license, but specialize in pre 1898 guns. And many of them make it to the range, at the end of the episodes. Only Grandpaw seems to really know how to shoot, thanks to his Navy career, maybe. If he's not taking a nap, instead of going to the range.

I find it interesting that they don't have a FFL. Most pawn shops do. I like the show even if they do get some of the info on guns wrong. My favorites are the blunderbuss gun, the coach gun with the bayonet and the cannon they had.

Cajun Pawns, from Alexandria, La, on the History channel (Weds, from 9-10pm), has a huge gun section and also does some range time with them.
They do everything from matchlock to BARs.
