What is model for this gun grips?

Hi,

I received an order from customer to make custom grips from cattle horn tips. He send me an original grips and i make it. I don't know what is model for this gun grips? Please click on Google Link to see my image on Google Driver:

I already ask him. He tell me an common information: Uberti Cattleman 45 cal revolver. It is too difficult to save the name with model.

I decided to post on this forums to ask many gentlemen to learn about USA gun. I live and work in Vietnam. We don't have permission to own any gun here.

Uberti made it. Cattleman is the model. Nice looking grips.

.

To clarify, Mr.Kim Son:

The revolver is one of several differently-named copies of the US-made (Hartford, Connecticut) 1873 Colt Single-Action Army (model), made in Italy by the Uberti Gun Company, and imported into the USA for civillian use.

"Cattleman" was only one of the "model" names used.

The grips look beautiful! How long did it take you to make them?

Thanks you all! I made this grips from an solid cattle horn and everything processed by hand. I worry about the model. Why gun maker don't use model number? It will easier to sort the grips follow model No. than name. It will be very confusing when many gun use same name & different grips size....

The Cattleman and the other Uberti single actions are clones of the 1873 Colt. However you have to have the old grips or the grip frame for each particular gun you make grips for because the grips are fitted to the frame before final finishing at the factory, so no two sets of grips are going to interchange.
