city parksand bar an grills
In missouri open carry is legal but depends on where you are.
So if I am in a town that permits open carry is it legal to carry into a bar and grill as long as no signs are posted? And city parks are guns allowed in such places? Im getting ccw next month so soon this wont be as big as a deal. Thanks everyone. |

Since regulation of open carry is up to counties and municipalities in MO, local laws and ordinances determine where it is and isn't OK. Since we don't know where you are, we can't help you. If you call the town offices, someone should be able to give you this information.

The exact locations do not matter. My question is if the town where the park or bar and grill resides in is ok with open carry then should thes places be fine or does it not matter if the town is pro open carry or not. The two towns Im most concerned with are pacific and st clair

The town may or may not be pro-open carry. They may even be both. They may be pro-open carry in parks but not bars. Or vice versa. They may be pro-OC on the odd days of the month, and prohibit it on the even days of a month. Each jurisdiction can be different however they want to be.

You ask the authorities in the town you want to know about.

It probably wouldn't hurt to do some research into the ordinances of those two towns, either.
