Ordering ammo online?

Hello. I have been seeing cheaper prices online than what I would normally spend on ammo. This may be a dumb question, but will they send bulk ammo straight to your house? Do you need a background check or anything similar? Or is it as simple as ordering a t shirt, just buy and its shipped? Can someone please explain?

No problem here in SC. I have mind shipped directly

No problem here in SC. I have it shipped directly to my UPS Store. The employees at the UPS Store even help me get the boxes into my car.

If you live in most areas, it's just like buying anything else online. They send it right to your house, and the most I've ever been asked for is a scan/fax of a driver's license to verify age.

Be sure to factor in shipping--ammo is heavy. Also, be aware that if you buy ammo from an online store that is located in your state (or has a location in your state) you will pay shipping AND sales tax.

Done all the time. Most firms need a copy of your driver's license to ship.

I buy almost all of my ammo, ex. shotgun shells, on line. I find it cheaper to order larger quantities to ammortize the shipping - generally 500 to 1000 rds. it's delivered right to the door with no problem.

Have used Natchez quite a bit and find their prices good and their service excellent.

I have ordered quite a bit online from 6 or so different places. Never once been asked for my drivers license or anything. Exactly like buying anything else online.

Like others though watch shipping charges. Sometimes they make it so it is cheaper to buy locally

That is the beauty of Ammoman. If you are ok with the cost per round, that is the price you pay and there is no extra charge for shipping to your door.

You also get bonus dollars for what you spend. I got an additional $30 off my last order of 9mm.

My last order of 1000 rounds of 124 gr LE 9mm was $269 to my door.
