Edit icon

I noticed in a couple of my recent posts there was an edit icon in the lower right corner, wondering how or why. I may have hit preview and made changes before submitting, but I didn't edit after posting. Did that do it or does it mean a Mod edited something? Just curious. (the post was int the reloading section)

The edit icon is visible for a short time (a couple of hours, IIRC) after you actually post. It's there to allow you to edit anything you may have mis-wrote. After that, it "goes away."

Actually, the Edit button is visible for 4 full days on all of a member's own posts in open threads.
