Got my Rossi 511 back from repair,,,
A few years back I obtained a Rossi 511 in .22 LR,,,
It's a very close clone of the S&W Model 63. I got it for a song,,, I paid $75.00 for the little gun,,, Then the guy bought a camera from me for $75.00. It did have one problem though,,, The ejector star had one stripped spoke,,, That essentially made the gun into a 5-shooter. Long story short I finally found a smith with parts,,, He replaced the cylinder, tuned the action, and sent it back for $150.00. I received it back on Thursday,,, I took it to the range this past Saturday. It was $150.00 well spent,,, The little shooter works just fine,,, And the newly tuned action is very smooth. Here is a comparison picture of her and her Model 63 cousin. All told with repairs and shipping I have $275.00 in her,,, With gun prices like they are nowadays,,, This is a bargain handgun. I - B - Happy! Aarond .
