Import Shotgun Magazine Capacity???
So everyone, I was reading in the latest issue of American Rifleman about this Turkish shotgun that looks like a Benelli M4. The article itself did not really interest me, nor did the gun, but what did interest me was this remark:
"as an import it's magazine is limited to five rounds" What the heck does that mean??? Is that another dumb ATF law?? Reason I ask, is I am interested in getting a Benelli M4 in the future, and I assume it is under the same restriction. What gives?? Explanation please......

Bush (41) enacted in 1989, IIRC. Imported rifles and shotguns. Nothing new here. More capacity than that is not required for a "sporting purpose".
