Interesting NRA memorabilia.....
I ran across a few old NRA magazines the other day....There were some interesting articles....They are from 1936 and 1938....I like to look at the old ads too....

When I was working for American Rifleman back in the early 1990s I used to love to go into the library during my lunch hour and read the old old old issues. The ads were a hoot.

Keg,
Yep, I was associate editor (number 3 editor on staff) from October 1990 to April 1994. It was a great job, which I loved, but I didn't so much love the working environment, especially after we moved into the new headquarters in Virginia. That was a really bad time politically for NRA, the board of directors was going apecrap and making live miserable for just about everyone on staff, a new editor took over at rifleman who was an incredible moron, and NRA management was engaging in a series of layoffs whose entire purpose seemed only to be to make up for their own poor decisions AND crush the spirit of the remaining staff.
