Anybody use Tubb's CWS?

Does anybody use Tubb's carrier weight system in their AR platform rifle? If you do, how do you like it? Longer brass life? Softer recoil? Allow use of higher pressure loads? Thanks for any input!

The weight system works well when shooting heavier bullets[80's +]. It keeps the bolt closed long enough for the different pressure curve of the heavy slugs to drop to that of the standard 55 grain loads. The only problem is that both receiver pins need to be removed for disassembly.
