Loki weapon systems?
My son is wanting to purchase an AR from a buddy....I heard this company is out of business....Should he pass? It sounds like a good deal....I wonder since they are out of business?

Did some brief searching. Wow! That company really took a lot of people for a lot of $$$.
I had not heard of them before you posted. What little I could find seemed to indicate they made a good rifle, but their billet receiver sets might not have been compatible with mil-spec uppers. I would recommend passing on it for a reputable maker. |

If the uppers fit the lowers, that does sound like a good deal. What they made was generally quality even if the owner did end up being a flake who is likely in deep legal trouble.
Any armorer worth his salt would be able to work on them without issue, provided again the lowers and uppers fit correctly. |
